The rationale of this project involved gathering information on the prosecution of child labour offences in order to establish the state of the case law and of law enforcement in general in this area; providing technical and/or logistical support to the Attorney General’s Department, the Domestic Violence and Victim Support Unit (DOVVSU) of the Ghana Police Service and other law-enforcement agencies to carry out strategic prosecutions involving WFCL.
