This project focused on bridging the gap between legislation and practice within the Ghanaian Child Justice system through; legal and policy reform, providing legal assistance to juveniles in conflict or contact with the law throughout the 10 regions of Ghana, and Training of security and law enforcement agencies to enhance their capacities to effectively protect and promote the rights of children in Ghana. A web application and database, as well as a mobile/SMS application have been developed, to track cases of children in conflict with the law.
