Between July 2003 and October 2005 a number of activities were undertaken in executing the programmes outlined in our proposals to UNDP/NGP. These included participatory community consultations through meetings, fora, and workshops in line with action plans developed collaboratively with our target communities. These consultations led to the production of two constitutions and a Draft District Mutual Health Insurance Operational Manual for the operationalization of the district mutual health insurance schemes in Bongo and Walewale.
