PROCUREMENT OF 4 X 4 VEHICLES

COMPETITIVE TENDERING

ISSUANCE DATE: 20^th JUNE, 2018

The Legal Resources Centre (LRC), intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation for eligible payments under its European Union funded project for the procurement of 4 x 4 vehicle towards the realization of its project objectives

The LRC invites sealed offers from eligible manufacturers or authorised representatives for the procurement of the vehicle with the specification mentioned below.

Delivery period and place:

The recommended bidders will be required to deliver the vehicle at LRC Office in Accra, within 14 working days after contract signature.

Offer Validity

Your offer should remain valid for 30 days from the closing date of this invitation

Transmission of offers

Interested bidders who meet the criteria below should submit their offer within 10 working days after this publication; offers must be marked “Tender for vehicles” and delivered to ‘Address 1’ below.

Interested bidders shall be required as part of the tendering process to submit the following documents:
I.            Valid Certificate to Commence Business

II.            Valid Certificate of Incorporation

III.            Valid Ghana Revenue Authority Tax Clearance Certificate

IV.            Valid VAT Registration Certificate

V.            Valid Social Security and National Insurance Trust Certificate
