The LRC, with funding from the Open Society Initiative for West Africa (OSIWA) is undertaking a 12 month pilot project: Improving Criminal Justice and Administration of Justice Through Advanced Technology Solutions.

The project seeks to use technology solutions to improve the administration of criminal justice by building a well-developed automated software system linking all relevant Institutions in the administration of Justice.

The LRC seeks to use part of its funds from OSIWA to build a software, thus looking for proposals from Ghanaian professional software development and support organisations in this regard.

Interested firms must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the development, support and maintenance of enterprise software for community-based or business related organisations.  Firms must have experience in analysing, design and implementations of small to medium software applications using agile or standard software development methodologies, post implementation support and maintenance.
