LRC will be participating in the celebrations of the French Embassy, to mark the World UN International Day Against Death Penalty which falls on Monday 10th October 2016. The occasion comes off at a cocktail luncheon at the Residence of the Ambassador of France to Ghana.
As part of the occasion, LRC will be making a presentation on the issue of abolition of the death penalty in Ghana, the way forward, challenges and prospects, after which there would be general discussions hoping to identify other alternatives to addressing the abolition of the death penalty issue in Ghana.
