LRC in collaboration with the Judicial Service, on 16th November 2016 launched the 3rd Edition of the “Manual on Elections Adjudication in Ghana”, at the Accra International Conference Centre.
This edition reflects the Judicial Service’s continuing commitment and promise to Ghanaians to be steadfastly, a part of the process for the sustained socio-economic and political development of our country.
Also, this Edition like the earlier ones, seeks to aid the various stakeholders involved in adjudication of election to be fully apprised of the 1992 Constitution and the laws applicable to election disputes.
The launch was attended by judges, political parties, international partners, civil society organisations, traditional authorities, clergy and the media.
